Strategic Plan 2025-2030
Middle Township Public Schools is developing a Strategic Plan to guide the district’s priorities over the next five years.
Together with our community, MTPS will enhance the academic opportunities and support available for students, staff and families.
Steps in our strategic planning process:
- Gathered input from parents, staff and community members through a survey called a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis.
- Held a Town Hall for staff, parents and community members to review survey results, discuss strengths and challenges, and contribute ideas for improvement in six key areas:
- Teaching & Curriculum Excellence
- Staff Recruitment, Retention, and Development
- Family & Community Engagement and Communication
- Facilities, Safety, and Technology Modernization
- Efficient Resource Allocation and Budget Priorities
- Student Well-Being and Mental Health
- Identifying the actions required to meet Strategic Plan goals.
